Few firms in our industry maintain in-house software teams – but few firms in the insights industry aspire to our level of customization.

While we customarily package data in our proprietary database software platform, we work proficiently with any interface or platform our clients prefer, and we build apps to enhance those external platforms when special circumstances require. If you are working with standard database software and have specialized needs that push the envelope, there’s a good chance we’ll add meaningfully to your options.

Querius® – NAXION’s interactive database and statistical analysis software, an exceptionally robust platform that serves as the backbone for our data management and analysis infrastructure. It can be customized to receive incoming data from other platforms for supplemental analyses that are not part of standard packages – for instance, automated significance testing of weighted data, which is crucial to sensitive longitudinal monitoring of brands and markets.

NA-Quest℠ – NAXION’s versatile, state-of-the-art survey software designed to accommodate all types of surveys, from simple event-triggered customer experience surveys to complex discrete choice surveys, with highly varied display options. The software can deliver real-time data updates to clients on a custom dashboard or phone app.

Farsight® – NAXION’s suite of powerful predictive modeling tools, including our own highly flexible conjoint-based choice model software, with custom capabilities that offer options beyond standard Sawtooth packages. Within the suite are customized user-friendly simulators that integrate multiple data inputs to create share and penetration forecasts and a variety of regression-based driver modeling tools to explain and predict market outcomes.

Adaption* – Proprietary adaptive conjoint tool within the Farsight® suite that improves modeling accuracy when the design space is large. This tool supports an approach we call Magnifier Modeling, designed to calculate incremental ROI on product design decisions when conjoint results produce a photo finish.

Parsion® – Unique tool, indispensable for tracking, that automatically attributes and displays the contributions made by critical segments to changes in NPS. It also pinpoints attributes conferring maximum NPS improvement at the segment level going forward and helps users predict the gain achieved with each lever.

Hypredictive® – A segmentation-optimizing tool that enables users to adjust the framework in order to facilitate implementation. Users can dial in specified target values (e.g., required classification accuracy, maximum number of classification variables, maximum number of segments) and assess impact on resulting segment structure before finalizing their framework.
