As a leader in the firm’s Financial Services practice, Tim has designed and directed major strategic marketing studies for leading Fortune 500 organizations as well as major nonprofit and government agencies. His work has concentrated on improving customer targeting, acquisition, and retention in both consumer and B2B markets as well as helping clients optimize their pricing strategies and product launch opportunities. A seasoned quantitative and qualitative research practitioner, Tim is particularly adept at assignments that require inventive use of methodologies to address complex marketing issues. He is known for data-driven, pragmatic recommendations that draw on years of frontline experience as a strategic business consultant. Underpinning Tim’s work is a central focus on the dynamics of customers’ decision processes and proficiency in using those insights to craft marketing strategies that secure or bolster customer relationships and frame new brand opportunities.

While Tim’s experience spans numerous industries, he currently spends most of his time in the Financial Services and Retail sectors. His guidance is routinely sought by our clients for their most challenging and high-profile assignments.

Prior to joining NAXION, Tim spent several years with Shell Oil Company, where he directed the U.S. market research program. He also worked as a Regulatory Project Manager with the US Environmental Protection Agency. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan.
