Suzanne E. Litke

Suzanne is a senior leader in the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice at NAXION, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of professionals dedicated exclusively to bio-innovation and healthcare marketing. Cross-trained in quantitative and qualitative research methods, she focuses on commercial strategy for new platforms and molecules, including opportunity assessment, clinical trials design, demand forecasting, targeting, positioning, and messaging strategies. She is also highly experienced in life cycle management, having guided many therapies through launch to healthy maturity with data strategies or repositioning initiatives designed to fend off competitive entries.

Suzanne is one of the most experienced professionals in the life sciences sector of the insights industry. She is an acknowledged expert in oncology marketing, having worked extensively in virtually all tumor types and a range of emerging mechanisms and immunotherapy platforms. Her consulting work outside oncology spans rare disease, immune disorders, CNS, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, ophthalmology, and respiratory disease. She has been critically involved in the commercial development of transformative treatments in most of these categories.

Suzanne brings a rare methodological versatility to her consulting role. A gifted moderator who draws on her professional history as a family therapist, Suzanne is as adept at interviewing seriously ill patients and their providers as she is conversing with global KOLs. She is also a highly experienced survey science practitioner who makes skilled use of choice modeling and other advanced statistical techniques to develop marketing solutions. Under her leadership, project teams deliver findings and recommendations that reflect a truly knowledgeable and well-synthesized perspective, tapping multiple methods and data sources.

Suzanne received an A.B. magna cum laude in history and literature from Harvard University. She holds a master’s degree from the Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.
