Brent Whitesell

Brent is a lynchpin in the complex and exacting processes required to produce data of all kinds at NAXION. He oversees all the operational teams that contribute to data development, which include survey programming and data collection as well as the generation of statistical outputs. In that context, he works closely with the programming team to test surveys for error-free functionality and coordinates with the firm’s statisticians to ensure that sampling and weighting designs are correctly implemented. Brent is one of the individuals tasked with the evaluation of new technology and the effective application of NAXION’s own innovations in applied AI and software. He has been instrumental in the adaptation and implementation of new survey technologies and platforms for a number of NAXION’s clients.

In his role as Executive Director, Brent is responsible for the overall supervision, deployment, development, and training of the firm’s operations staff and plays a key role in ensuring that all the firm’s data processes meet strict ISO standards to ensure the highest level of quality control and operational performance. Consistent with his critical role in safeguarding the integrity of all the data we work with, Brent collaborates closely with client CRMs and HRISs in the drawing of customer sample from client databases to ensure the process is both error free and highly secure. Brent’s experience spans domestic and global research programs that operate across dozens of countries.

Brent has been with NAXION since 2012 and in that time, has been actively involved in virtually every kind of survey program we create and manage across all the sectors the firm serves.

Brent holds a B.S. in economics from Pennsylvania State University.
