Amy Hill

Senior Group Director

Amy is a Senior Group Director at NAXION with nearly two decades of research and business consulting experience, including as a corporate researcher in the P&C insurance industry. At NAXION, she currently supports a variety of clients in the B2B and B2C sectors. Amy combines a portfolio of well-honed technical and commercial consulting skills with an aptitude for powerful storytelling that ensures alignment between research and strategy. She is highly proficient in the use of predictive analytics and choice-based methods to provide critical decision support.

Prior to joining NAXION, Amy worked in the Enterprise Market Research department at Travelers, where she partnered with executive leaders across the business to prioritize, define, scope, and lead market research initiatives using primary research and secondary sources. Her work at Travelers spanned a variety of topics including business and personal insurance customer and agent tracking; drivers of agent business placement (sales) across several P&C product categories, markets, and industries; concept testing; B2B industry insights; and other enterprise-level initiatives such as employee/employer-specific research and community relations support.

Before her time at Travelers, Amy spent nearly 10 years honing her research acumen at Ipsos. There, she developed and led custom research across varied industry verticals, particularly technology, gaming, and QSR clients. Her research spanned product development, market segmentation, competitive offer/coupon effectiveness, global tracking programs, and custom B2B work.

Early in her career, Amy managed ad hoc/custom and tracking research projects at PinPoint Research, a leading interactive voice response (IVR) research consultancy.

Amy holds a B.S. degree in business administration from San Francisco State University with dual concentrations in marketing and decision science.
