NAXION offers incentives to potential participants for many of its projects to encourage participation in our surveys and remunerate participants for their time. Prospective respondents understand that they are not employees of NAXION.
We make every effort to clearly state the payment method, amount of the incentive, any conditions that must be met for the incentive to be paid, and how to contact us with any questions or complaints. NAXION values its survey participants and seeks to treat respondents fairly and communicate truthfully.
In many circumstances, we work with a subcontractor responsible for interacting with respondents on our behalf and managing the incentive distribution process. Even in these situations, potential respondents may contact us directly, and we will engage the subcontractor on the respondent’s behalf or provide a means by which the potential respondent may engage the subcontractor directly.
Incentive processing time varies depending on a variety of factors. Respondents should always expect payment for completed interviews within 4-8 weeks of completing the survey. In many circumstances, however, respondents will be paid more quickly. Respondents are free to contact us if they have questions about the timing of receiving their incentive.
